Terms and Conditions for Free M365 and Computer Health Check

1. Offer Description: The free M365 and computer health check (the "Service") is a limited-time offer available to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Malta. The Service includes an executive summary review of your Microsoft 365 (M365) tenant and Security configuration of up to 10 computers or servers (Windows, Linux, Mac) in your infrastructure.

2. Eligibility: This offer is available to businesses located in Malta. To qualify, businesses must use M365 and have a computer infrastructure suitable for the deployment of monitoring agents.

3. Service Inclusions: The Service includes:

A security assessment of your M365 setup and Endpoints or Servers configuration based on CIS.

A productivity analysis of your M365 tools.

Identification of cost-saving opportunities.

An executive summary of findings.

4. Service Exclusions: The Service does not include a detailed improvement plan. Such a plan can be provided at an additional cost.

5. Customer Requirements: To perform the Service, the customer agrees to provide:

A global admin account for the M365 tenant.

Permission to deploy up to 10 monitoring agents on the customer’s infrastructure.

6. Duration: This offer is valid for a limited time during the summer months. The exact dates of the offer period will be communicated to eligible businesses.

7. Data Privacy: All customer data accessed during the Service will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We commit to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your data.

8. Limitation of Liability: The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Service.

9. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the offer at any time without prior notice. Customers may also terminate their participation in the Service at any time by notifying us in writing.

10. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Service, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
